ClawHealth helps users organize health context, wearable data, nutrition records, self-reports, checkup summaries, and Agent-written insights. The service is for personal health understanding, trend review, and behavior support.

ClawHealth is not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The service may help users organize information and discuss possible next questions with an Agent, but it does not make clinical decisions. If you have urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, the Apple Health permissions they grant, the Agents they connect, and the actions they take based on the service. Users must not use ClawHealth to upload unlawful content, access another person’s account, interfere with the service, or attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the platform.

Agent features work through user-created tokens. Keep tokens private. Anyone with a valid token may be able to access or write health context through the ClawHealth tools available to that token. You can revoke or regenerate tokens from the app.

Third-party Agents, chat products, automation tools, and messaging bridges are separate services unless we clearly state otherwise. Their outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Users should review important information before relying on it.

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store in-app purchase. Trial availability, renewal, cancellation, refund handling, and payment method management are handled by Apple under Apple’s App Store terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Paid features may change over time as the product evolves. We may add, remove, or modify features, but we will not intentionally remove access to paid core functionality during an active paid period without a reasonable product or legal reason.

Data handling is described in the ClawHealth Privacy Policy. Users can revoke Apple Health permissions, revoke Agent tokens, and delete stored health context where the app provides deletion controls.

We aim to keep ClawHealth available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, provider outages, Apple platform changes, or security events. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawHealth is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular medical purpose. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable data.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid for ClawHealth in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
